User Story

As a UX researcher on the AEDP team,
I want to synthesize feedback and key insights from the Baseball Card user research study,
So that we can identify patterns, refine the design, and share actionable recommendations with the team.

Background

After conducting the user research study, it is critical to analyze the feedback and observations to extract meaningful insights. These insights will guide refinements to the Baseball Card pattern, ensuring it meets user needs, addresses pain points, and aligns with accessibility standards.

Discovery Goals

• Identify patterns and trends in user behavior and feedback.
• Highlight critical usability or accessibility issues to address in the next iteration.
• Consolidate actionable insights into a clear summary for the team.

Questions to Answer
