In order to validate my rpm package, some sort of offline tests are needed.

Typical approach for pip tools is to use a fake pypi server, such as devpi.

Hi, can you point me to some more information about what is needed? I built this for my own use so I can’t put too much effort into making it packaging-friendly, but I can have a look. (And of course this is an open-source project...)
