So, I don't think there's any procedure or protocol we need to follow. Also, related, the Fermilab Export Control officer explicitly told me on the phone discussion that we don't need to keep code closed. |

This repo is still private - seeing as the code is on pypi and approved for release by export control, should we make this repo public? What should we be considering before we do that?
