Proposal Critique

Hi Guys,

You sound organised with your semester plan, which is great, but understanding your project from your proposal pitch was difficult. Looking at your README.md file, it looks like you are working on a local news collection - sounds exciting!.

You didn't ask for any specific feedback, but I have constructed some "food for thought":

• What is "local" to you? And is local close to home, or close to your current position? (i.e. travelling around Brisbane would collect a lot of news)
• Are these "news articles" going to be collected from online, or written in your app/web app?
• How will you control the notifications if you are including news written by the locals (like garage sales or fundraisers)?
