Improve Meta transactions errors #74

We have different causes of how a meta tx can fail that we should display in the UI:

504 gateway timeout: Biconomy is down or not working as expected
Can not estimate gas: The tx will fail. Cause n1 is because the nonce has not been updated yet. Others could be because the subgraph is delayed.
User has reached the daily limit of meta tx. *current 1k meta tx

Also, we should enhance the message in the UI (toast) hinting users that they can use polygon natively if it is something urgent https://decentraland.org/blog/announcement/walletconnect-polygon/
