mbm_local_bytes과 mbm_total_bytes를 resctrl통해 수집하는데,
두 메트릭이 서로 다른 파일이며, 두 파일을 완전히 동시에 읽을 수 없고, 어쩔수없이 시간차가 발생하기 때문에 두 값끼리의 연산 (ex. remote_mem)할 때 주의가 필요함

두 값의 시간차로 인해서 remote_mem이 -값이 나오는거를 bug라고 하는거지?
