CTPelvis

This adds the CTPelvis sample data for one series (a human male pelvis) and one lesion segmentation with only one slice in dicom format.

AE Extended String

This file raises the error exceeds max length or VR: AE (16chars) in values:

1. Study Description (24chars)
2. Performed Station AE Title (24chars)

This exception is thrown on the dcmjs.write() method
