Overview

January saw some big changes with Cindy resigning about half way through the month. In the last week of January I accepted the role of Community Manager. For the majority of the Month I acted in the role of Sr. Ambassador. I spent the last week of January coming up to speed with what was going on from a CM standpoint and finalizing a few things. Below is what Cindy had planned for January.

Community Management

Quiz Games # 8, # 9 and # 10 were run on Discord with a typical 12 or so members joining.

February Plan

Currently still working on a full plan but at this time I expect to be doing the following:

• DCDAO to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News
• Continue to develop the Advocate program and recruit more
• Rescheduled Round Table with Aki maybe near the end of the month
• Possible Twitter Space with Dakota of InvArch near the end of the month
• Work on growing the Advocate program
• Work on adding 1 new Ambassador
