Overview

August has followed the summer trend of being more of a quieter month for our community even with all of the exciting announcements. We have continued in pushing forward on established initiatives and starting to look at new ones. Our new Ambassadors and Advocates are doing well and we are looking for ways to leverage their efforts more. I look forward to seeing how the Marketing efforts come together and will do what I can to support them. The initiatives worked on in August are as follows:

• Management of the DAO staking on InvArch and Tinkernet
• Continuing the discussion around topping up the KTON/RING LP Farm for another 6 months.
• Discussions around where liquidity for RING/KTON should come from.
• Supporting the RingDAO Marketing Action plan.

Weekly News
Working with June, our DCDAO Advocate, to collate weekly news that is then posted on the DCDAO Twitter account.

Monthly DCDAO Update
Working with June and David on a monthly medium article summarizing what happened with DCDAO the previous month.

Running a poll in the Official tg to engage the community for providing feedback on KTON/RING LP rewards.

#Community Management

• Quiz Games # 37, # 38, # 39 and # 40 were run on Discord with a typical 25 or so members joining.
• Continued to engage and help our community members with staking and migration.
• Supporting the community as KtonDAO comes to life.
• Supporting the users of Helix as needed in the Helix Discord.
• Working with the other Ambassadors to keep our communities spam and scammer free.

September Plan

I expect to be doing the following:

• DCDAO to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News and Monthly Update
• Work with our Advocates to help the maximize their efforts and determine how best they can support DCDAO
• Continued management of the Ambassador and Advocate programs
• Manage the DAO staking and rewards distribution
• Posting discussion for minor restructuring of the Ambassadors
• Work with Avail Cross-community support and marketing
• Work through what will be done around the KTON/RING LP Farm.
• Helping with the Marketing Initiative
• Pushing to identify an NFT marketplace to bring to Darwinia, currently trying to reconnect with the Rare Gems Dev.
