What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

Hi. The previous link is related to seeds FAQs but the reader reaches it through the TESTs FAQs.
I think it shoud be relocated.

Move-seeds-faq (#5410)

this pr moves the seeds faq from 'tests' to 'seeds', which is the more
appropriate folder location.

also updates teh faq file path and adds a redirect

Resolves #5403
