Scroll over photos to expand

If a user wants to enlarge photos, they have to click on them. It may not be apparent to users they can do this.

Mirna recently created a feature that expands sections if they are hovered over. This might be useful to add to the photos on our docs.getdbt.com pages and she mentioned she could look into it.
