Add support for Databend into CloudBeaver community edition

With the addition of Databend support into DBeaver, allow the use of the driver through the CloudBeaver community edition.
I intend to add this myself by following the instructions

I will repeat my answer from the PR here.

If you want to see your driver in the list of your application, you can add it in the configuration: https://github.com/dbeaver/cloudbeaver/wiki/Drivers-Management#adding-a-new-driver-through-server-configuration

Also, we will support the Databend driver in our PRO versions from the feature 25.0.0 release (thanks to your contribution to dbeaver).
