Low priority - Inconsistent capitalization (upper/lower) of text content in /data/BIOINF_3000_2022-18

Hi @davmlaw,

I've spotted an issue in /data/BIOINF_3000_2022-18 where some of the words have been set to uppercase inconsistently.
This was introduced to the project in c29693ecea1c912551daf22e9d796b57f05818c0 on October 6th 2022 at 5:20pm.

Here's the actual issue on line 7
