Hi @davmlaw,

Thanks for maintaining the project, I find it really useful for my learning of Bioinformatics.

I've found an issue where there have been several insertions of XXXXXXX across the /data/BIOINF_3000_2022-18 file. These were introduced to the project in commit c29693ecea1c912551daf22e9d796b57f05818c0 where Carl Brown was mentioned in the comment.

Here's a quick summary of the expected vs actual code:

Actual

3 bed anything XXXXXXX recent XXXXXXX administration office left agreement anyone. chance need find after thousand order property simple.
