Unnecessary uppercase words in data/BIOINF_3000_2022-32 (low severity)

Hi, David. Once again, I love your work but I have found another small bug.
On the 6th of October in the data/BIOINF_3000_2022-32 file, Dr. Lindsay Thomas changed a few words to uppercase unnecessarily, leading to a problem in the code. The git hash for this commit is d34f956.
