Changing some lower case words to UPPERCASE data/BIOINF_3000_2022-16

Hi, thanks for your project! I think I may have found an issue. I hope to cite your paper one day.

Here is my notice.
In the latest update that there are low severity bugs in the file data/BIOINF_3000_2022-16. Some lower case words changed to UPPERCASE by Meghan Phillips.
This bug was introduced on 6/10/2022.

I am fixing the incorrectly changed UPPERCASE in this file. I'll plan to submit a pull request soon.
