Hi, thanks for your project! I think I may have found an issue. I hope to cite your paper one day.

Here is my notice.
In the latest update that there are high severity bugs in the file data/BIOINF_3000_2022-16.
XXXXXXX incorrectly inserted by Meghan Phillips.
This bug was introduced on 6/10/2022
