We could probably close this in the advent of SilkTrains (#197), right? (and yes it did turn out to be faster :P)

I think I only ever ran SilkTrains on Mac, and I think that was pre-M1 so who knows. Nice of you to think that any of these issues are being looked at by anyone 😛
