Hide status bar from players

It would be very nice if I could hide the status bar from my players. The ideal solution is probably the already-requested per-user visibility (associate a resource with a player and only show them their own resources). But barring that, I'd like to be able to use the status bar as the GM without cluttering up the players' screens.
