Replace MUI with Radix UI and integrate Tailwind CSS

We need to establish a standard for our UI and found that MUI is challenging to work with, especially when overriding CSS. Instead, we should use a headless UI framework. In this case, we recommend Radix UI combined with Tailwind CSS to enable flexible and customizable styling in the future.
