Building on #16 , our CoC plan is:

  1. Have main CONDUCT.md in datatogether, borrowed from EDGI CoC for now (launch issue for discussion of changes to CoC)
  2. Have CoC references in CONTRIBUTING.md for each repo (handled by Documentation: Add Readme, contributing guidelines and complete checklist for each repo #37)
  3. Set up issues in each repo to remove CoC (refactor existing files)

@titaniumbones powered through and removed these. All repos have the old code_of_conduct.md removed, and new links to our main CoC are in the .gihtub folders :)
