pyarmor.man not found

Installed pyarmor from pip in docker container (Debian 11.2) and cannot use pyarmor man:

This is your system settings don't allow install it

Please change the settings to allow install it, but now pyarmor.man is not perfact, it's better to check https://pyarmor.readthedocs.io/en/latest/questions.html

This is only warning which I have always in container where I am root, but pip works fine. Anyway how can I install pyarmor.man manually?
