2.5. Protecting system packages

When following these steps I receive the error below when packing with Pyarmor.

Simple fix, file.list had an extra character. Just beat trying different methods to get Pyarmor to work after upgrading to newest version. However then get this error.

Using the steps from this section only way able to get it to complete further is by removing all the additional args and just using --pack. However at the end it gives this error.
