[Game Relations] Disabled fields still showing #21

Bug Description

Fields disabled in the Game Relations plugin still appear, though show no games when expanded.

To Reproduce

Install Game Relations.
In Game Relations settings, uncheck 'enable' on one or more sections.
Go to a game with known relations and expand the controls.

Extensions log

No response

Here, Publisher is disabled.
