What content needs to be created or modified?
The document for pubsub component states - "Each pub/sub component has its own built-in retry behaviors. Before explicity applying a Dapr resiliency policy, make sure you understand the implicit retry policy of the pub/sub component you’re using."

But there is not reference or statement to explain what the built-in retry behavior is.

Looked in these document pages but did not find relevant information -
https://docs.dapr.io/reference/components-reference/supported-pubsub/setup-aws-snssqs/
https://docs.dapr.io/operations/resiliency/resiliency-overview/

No basic examples explaining how the resiliency-policies would interact with default behavior - even simple examples would be a great start. This is critical information for anyone trying to implement these components in an enterprise setting at scale.
