Boxedwine doesn't support floppies, but Dosbox does. This link has instructions to mount a floppy .img file in Dosbox

The compiler is not on a floppy, I download it from abandonware website. (so I don't need floppy image)

Can you tell me if a 16 bit windows compiler like visual C++ 1.52 will run on boxedwine?

I doubt it will work, the Boxedwine CPU emulator just isn't that good yet. I would think that Dosbox with Windows 3.11 installed would have a better chance of working, although I never tried running a debugging inside Dosbox.
