Add Initials Bar for Improved User Filtering in Attendance Sessions

Hi,

I’d like to suggest an enhancement to the Attendance plugin: adding an "Initials Bar" for user filtering. This feature could work similarly to the initials bar in the Participants tab, allowing users to filter attendance lists by the first letter of first names and/or last names. This would make it easier to navigate large attendance lists in courses with many participants.

Thanks for considering this! I believe this enhancement would improve usability for instructors and administrators.

Hi @Jolios thanks for the suggestion - I don't typically have a lot of volunteer time available for feature development, but if you have internal development capabilities, pull requests are always welcome! - otherwise feel free to reach out privateley if you would like to fund improvements to the plugin.
