Describe the bug
When you disable the FusionPBX integration and reload kamailio, the synced domain remains.
After deleting the FusionPBX endpoint, still remains, and you are not able to delete it manually, there is no delete button.
To add, the uninstall command, does not clear the database completely, seems records are still there somewhere ( it even says some records are still in public schema during re-install.
I had to completely delete the virtual machine and start from scratch to save time.
