pronoundb allows for he/they and they/he separately. this makes sense, as they have different meaning.
i would like to propose adding support for any/he in addition to he/any, as i think there's a difference in meaning here as well:
he/any is something like "he, but anything is fine", while any/he would be like "anything, use he if you're stuck"
i think this is rather intuitive, too - a friend's first guess was what i intended when i made the point of "any/he should also be allowed"
