Define the project structure/organisation. Docker for now, but we may have Singularity as well, so it may be worth to consider a structure to support both - if that makes sense and there are no constraints from Docker Hub, for instance.

@alanbchristie I started using Docker with Cylc for development, but nothing that I would be confident to be used and deployed to some environment, like in Amazon.

My latest work was this one, with a directory structure to support multiple versions of Cylc, all using Alpine (only chose it for its size, but have no strong preference):

Let me know if you have any idea how to best organize this repository, as I suspect you are much more up to date to best practices, and what would be simpler to maintain.
