Language parameter in user authorization?

Consider adding an optional preferredLanguage parameter in the encrypted user authorization object. This would enable banks to deal with different languages in a more dynamic way than requiring this to be a setting in each bank that also would have to reach the authorization logic. The language information would gathered from the platform locale settings.

For merchant-originated messages it is assumed that this is already covered by the site itself since localization is a standard feature for sites targeting an international clientele.
