The goal is adding, querying, and burning CID in personal namespaces:
root -> passport nickname -> CID name -> CID

Implementation architecture proposal:

  1. The passport contract should support adding, querying, and burning contracts with labels (incl. private namespaces);
  2. Private namespace contracts should instantiate from subgraph code;
  3. Subgraph contract label in passport should be equal namespace;
  4. A subgraph contract should use to create link from a CID name to a CID.
