As mentioned in #123 I experienced an issue when adding TabFern as a webpanel, the side-board integrated in Vivaldi to quickly access frequent websites.

I add the following extension link:

chrome-extension://hbajjpcdbninabigakflkhiogmmjaakm/win/container.html

(it's worth mentioning that other extensions work as web panels)

the error is the following:

Initialization not complete (or not yet complete). Changes will not be saved.
waiting for browser

By the way the extension seems to be loaded, at least part of it: in the bottom right side of the web panel (as it is when TabFern is opened in a separate window) the 3 lines of TabFern menu can be seen, and they open TabFern menu. Only the tree structure is not loaded as it should. Obviously issuing a reload command does not work.

@XellossMetallium Thanks for opening the separate issue, and for the additional detail! By way of explanation, the menu is built-in to TF, so always shows. The tree currently requires interacting with the browser so the TF window doesn't show itself in the tree!
