cant remover items on phone

I love this game and can't find anything as good on android would it be possible to add a way to remove/sell stuff as a toggle as haven't got the ability to right click on mobile or tablet.

Offtopic: I have doubts it will be done. According to commit history, active development stopped in 2018. Biggest problem for this project is "outdated" technologies. There are a lot of new things out there in (late) 2022. In order to give this project new live, someone have to rewrite it completely from scratch using something fresh or, at least, refactor it as ES6/Typescript. All above is just my IMHO.
