Integrate webrtc into mainline vr2gather #204

Based on #166 obviously.

But there's a bit of restructuring to be done.

  • The DLLs need to move into a subsidiary package, probably nl.cwi.dis.vr2gather.nativeLibraries.webrtc
  • The DLLs from there need to be copied into the built player (similar to how its done for dash)
  • Need to check whether we can include the auxiliary executable(s) there as well, and also copy them.
