English translation

The course seems awesome but unfortunately my czech skills are not nearly that good yet, and while it's not something urgent it would be great to have an english version as well at some point.

To learn, you can usually read through tutorials of the respective projects. (Let me know if you can't find them for a particular topic.)
The exercises are more original. I can tell you the translations if you want, if you agree to write them down for others.

I'm more interested in the exercises myself, however in regards to the course I believe it would be useful for non-czech speakers who want to learn, to have a structured overview of various projects in the form of a course instead of just googling the various tutorials.

Yes, it would be useful.
But it's not a question of demand. Someone needs to do the translation, and keep it up to date if it is to stay relevant. It's a pretty big time investment.
