Additionnal Electron and proton and Helium nodes for "test" production

I would like to request the production of additional test nodes for Electron and proton and Helium completing the set at Zd10 and Zd 23 to be compatible with the pointings available for gamma.

Missing nodes are :
theta_10.0_az_248.117 (Electrons and Helium only)
theta_23.630_az_100.758
theta_23.630_az_259.265

Config should be consistent with the one used for #44
