Under legal review:
"While the City makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data provided on the open data portal is of high quality, the City does not guarantee the accuracy of any data posted on the open data portal and shall not be held accountable for the accuracy of any information contained within it. "

This seems to be redundant to what is stated under LEGAL TERMS FOR PUBLIC USE OF OPEN DATA.
