An MVP Castle in the Cloud might include:

source and artifact repository (gitlab)
static site generator (gatsbyjs)
CI/CD system (jenkins)
reverse proxy (nginx)

integrated so that the owner can publish a self-sovereign website.

Other sovereignty-empowering features:

Crypto wallet & keys management (exodus, keepkey, trezor, etc, etc)
Commerce, crowdfunding, & micro-payment accounting (BTCPay, Lightning, etc)
Product catalog & online storefront (OpenBazaar, ori.network, Origin Protocol)
Social networking tools (gab.ai, mastodon, wordpress).

All longer-term and larger efforts beyond the MVP you describe above.
