Logger number output should be in hex

What steps demonstrate the usability issue?
1. Have file with error with RESIZE
2. RESIZE errors are reported in decimal
3. Decimal makes it harder to compare to value provided.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Values should be reported in Hexadecimal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.76, Windows Vista
