Headers styling seems wrong #69

Currently, the styling for the different header levels seems wrong.

In the image, the H2 looks LESS important than H3; visually is confusing

The blog style is being redesigned. Should we have this open given that fact?

Well, I don't have access to the roadmap of the blog features/roadmap; I've asked @FerPerales about it and we agreed on creating the issue as currently those headers seems wrong. Could you please guide us on the right direction on who's in charge of the blog.crowdint project?
