Unify the naming of cards, group very similar

The naming of the cards included in the test results is based on the available names as provided by the vendor on purchase receipt, family naming from datasheets etc. The resulting naming is inconsistent as a result.

The goal:

1. Identify very similar cards based on the performance similarity measure (to detect cards sold under different names)
2. Add links to product's datasheet where possible
3. List alternative known names for the same type of card
4. Add ICFabricationDate where possible

The goal is to be able to store all submitted results (including multiple instances of same type of card and same card analyzed by different jcalgtest versions) and process / display these sensibly to user
