[Bug] Injury Tolerance: Damage Reduction in the Damage Calculator does not allow decimal inputs for values less than 2.

As the title says. The IT:DR option in the Damage Calculator does not allow decimal values for numbers less than 2. But it WILL allow decimal values for numbers above 2.

For example, if you try to type in 1.5, it will be corrected to 2, but if you type in 2.5, it will stay 2.5
