Related to #63 by @PreciousOritsedede

Description

I adjusted the guideline on how docker should be run after installation because many beginners always make the mistake of trying to run it in it's software installed. This would help by giving a precise direction on how to run Docker after the installation.

Thank you for your quick contribution! but the Issue in question is still getting fleshed out and the exacting wording decided upon. I'd suggest you redirect your efforts to the conversation on #63 and offer some insight into what wording we should add to help here. ❤️
