The script .sh should not been saved in /root be we aren't sure to be able to access this directory on boot. Prefer "/usr/local/sbin/" or "/usr/local/bin"
To log results (success and failure)
0 3 * * * sh /usr/local/sbin/mysqldump2amazon-s3.sh 2>&1 | /usr/bin/logger -t mysqldump
