make_icon.bat not working #5

Hi,
I am trying to use make_icon.bat file for generating iconwin.go file .
But i got below error ,

make_icon.bat "icon.png"
Installing 2goarray...
Creating iconwin.go
'.COM;.EXE;.BAT;.CMD;.VBS;.VBE;.JS;.JSE;.WSF;.WSH;.MSC' is not recognized as an
internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Please help on this case.
