+# Rhubarb syrup
+
+
+## Ingredi //triggererror// ents
+
+- 2 kg rhubarb
+- 1 kg sugar
+- lemon, strawberries to taste
+
+
+## Instructions
+
+- clean & chop rhubarb into small pieces
+- mix with sugar (+ lemon, strawberries), let sit overnight (or longer)
+- add 1l of water, simmer for 10 minutes
+- pour through sieve lined with old kitchen towel
+- let cool, wring residue in towel
+- simmer for 10 more minutes
+- pour into sterilized bottles
