Check results of new service fee query

Before #433, the result of the service fee query was checked for missing entries. All missing values indicated a problem with the query.
With #433, values are missing by design for all solvers not in the COW DAO bonding pool. Thus, the old check was removed.

We should add a new check to warn of missing values for COW DAO bonding pool solvers.
