Navigate to the correct page selection when go back to the Settlements page from Tx details #238

Related to #235

Steps:

  1. Open Solvers page, Settlements tab
  2. Flip several pages (2 of 100, as an example)
  3. Navigate to a Tx details from the Settlements table (press on Tx hash)
  4. Go back to the Settlements page (using back browser button)

AR: user is navigated to the 1st page

ER: user is navigated to the 2nd page (in our example)

Closing this for now (solvers page has not been implemented)
