Showing title on mouseover on little icons on web Page

This is related to the information to show when I am mouse over on small icons on the web page. (screenshot added below)

Describe the solution you'd like
In order to achieve showing info on mouse-over, we have to add the title to icons. Especially like anchor icon next to "Spread Trends" which users might wonder what it does?

Yes this is a good idea. Some of the icons are intuitive, but many like choropleth, bubble and boundary icons. Any suggestions for content for these icon tooltips?

@akshitproothi I have tried to provide some suggestions for the icons above.
If you have any suggestions I am happy to include or else I can come up with a new one.

You need to fork the repository first and then make the changes in your forked project.
After the changes are pushed to your fork, you can create a PR from the web UI.
